Need to Return a product?
To return a product at HCW Services Inc., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at returns@hcwsinc.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
No Returns will be given on installed, altered, disassembled, or abused merchandise.
All returns are subject to a discretionary 20% restocking fee.

- Customer name
- Product information
- Nature of the problem
In general, HCW Services Inc. accepts returns on merchandise in new resellable condition in the original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date.
- ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to HCW Services Inc. on returned items, and HCW Services Inc. will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
